I recently had the opportunity to conduct a phone interview with MaryKay Grueneberg, a technical communication professional currently working for SAP. We had a lovely conversation about her career path and experience but with it all said and done, there was one piece of advice that truly changed my views of interviewing. In questioning the nature of my interview request, MaryKay  suggested that in learning how to conduct an interview it becomes easier to be interviewed. There is a lot of validity in this statement seeing as with conducting interviews, you are able to experience the mindset of an interviewer. This can help aid the anxiety and fear of being interviewed.
